At present, with the rapid development of health management discipline, the informatization construction of physical examination institutions has become an effective means and technology to improve work efficiency, ensure the quality of physical examination, realize resource sharing, carry out scientific research, and promote the transition from health examination to health management. Only by paying full attention to and strengthening the informatization construction can physical examination data be fully and effectively utilized, targeted research be carried out, and health management services after physical examination can be extended.
As early as 1929, researchers found that milk contained hormones, especially sex hormones and adrenocortical hormones. Foreign studies mainly concentrated in the 1970s and 1980s of the 20th century, and most of them were articles reporting the discovery of various hormone components and detecting their contents. Because the hormones in milk have no nutritional value and are meaningless to diagnose diseases suffered by cattle, there are relatively few articles on the detection of various hormone levels in milk. The data of hormone levels in milk are mainly used for physiological research, because the hormone levels in milk are ultimately determined by the hormone levels in cow's blood.

The damage to health caused by smoking has gradually become a social problem that cannot be ignored. In order to understand the smoking cognition and smoking status of this special group of college students, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 853 students from the first to fourth grades of clinical medicine and 1002 students from a teacher major in a medical college in Shanxi in April 2008. The results are analyzed as follows.
Blood pressure monitoring is one of the most commonly used indexes for hemodynamic monitoring in clinic, which provides a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis, observation of disease changes and judgment of treatment effect[
With the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year. At present, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the primary cause affecting the average life expectancy in China. The decline of arterial elasticity becomes an important marker of cardiovascular disease risk factors. Changes in arterial elasticity precede structural changes[
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a preventable and treatable disease characterized by incompletely reversible airflow restriction. The global prevalence and mortality of COPD is on the rise year by year, and experts predict it will become one of the world's third leading causes of death in 2020[
Today, with the increasing incidence of fractures, the study of osteoporosis has expanded from postmenopausal women to men and young adults, and now the study of bone health in children has begun. Protecting children's bone health can ensure the normal growth of children and make the bone mass reach the highest peak bone mass given by human genes. The process of bone loss in children, as in adults, is also quiet, with no symptoms before the fracture. In general, pediatricians do not pay attention to whether there is a risk of bone loss in children. It all lies in our lack of awareness of bone loss in children. So what are the currently known mechanisms that lead to bone loss in children and the pathological conditions that may lead to bone loss? We have reviewed recent articles published on techniques for detection of bone loss in children, diseases or traumas associated with bone loss in children, and drugs and methods for combating bone loss in children, in order to raise the attention of pediatricians and general practitioners on the condition of bone loss in children.
In order to implement the health reform and development tasks put forward by the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Minister of Health Chen Zhu put forward the "Healthy China 2020" strategy at the 2008 National Health Work Conference. Health management first appeared in the United States, and now it is developing rapidly and maturely in the United States. With the development of social economy, more and more people realize the importance of personal health. Health management will become an indispensable part of managing health resources and ensuring that everyone enjoys health. However, health management has just started in China, and it is still an emerging concept. China's health management industry, which focuses on improving national health quality, maintaining, improving and promoting health, started relatively late in China, but it has obvious service demand, broad industrial development prospects, accelerated industry advancement speed and marketization process, showing strong development momentum and economic potential. In contrast, the pace of China's health management discipline and system construction is obviously lagging behind and cannot meet the needs of industry development and marketization requirements. This paper introduces the concept of health management, researches and learns the advanced experience of American health management model, and analyzes the current characteristics of China's national conditions, in order to draw useful enlightenment for the development of China's health management.

At present, with the improvement of people's living standard, the intake of high-fat and high-calorie foods has increased significantly, which makes the prevalence of MS rising continuously, causing serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and bringing a heavy burden to families and society. However, the occurrence of MS is preventable and treatable, and regular physical examination is of great significance.
In the 21st century, physical examination has become the demand of public life, and the competition of physical examination industry has become more and more fierce. Our hospital learned from the theory and method of enterprise process reengineering, carried out a thorough process reengineering of physical examination center on the basis of the original small-scale physical examination business, established the regional industry brand, and realized the double harvest of economic and social benefits. The practical experience is summarized as follows.
Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease, which is closely related to lifestyle, and its complications are one of the main causes of human death. The incidence of hypertension in China is increasing year by year, and the rural population occupies a considerable proportion of the huge hypertensive population. Facing the severe status and development trend of hypertension, it is not enough to rely solely on the strength of large hospitals. The new medical reform plan also requires grass-roots community health service institutions to give full play to their extensive and powerful advantages to be healthy gatekeepers. Therefore, community prevention and treatment of rural hypertension has become one of the important contents of current community health service work. In order to explore the community management mode of rural hypertensive patients, this study took active community comprehensive intervention measures for community-managed hypertensive patients in our hospital in addition to conventional drug treatment, so that patients' hypertension was well controlled. The report is as follows.
