Health management, which originated in the United States, stems from an irrepressible increase in medical expenses. The demand for medical health is growing, while medical resources are limited. According to the survey, the most unhealthy 1% of the population and the 19% suffering from chronic diseases together account for 70% of the medical expenses, while the healthy 70% of the population only spend 10% of the medical expenses^[1]。 It can be seen that "preventing diseases" is more economical than "curing diseases" for both groups and individuals. In fact, most people are somewhere in the middle of health and illness^[2]It is possible to recover to a healthy state or deteriorate to a diseased state. Effective health management can make people's health develop in a good direction. The basic practice of health management generally consists of three steps, namely, health status detection, health risk assessment and health risk intervention. Among them, health status detection is the premise of the whole health management process. Physical health can be detected by physical examination, but medical examination equipment cannot accurately detect mental illness. In addition, many people who are in the intermediate state between health and disease do not meet the criteria of disease diagnosis physiologically, but often show psychological discomfort and social dysfunction, and cannot simply rely on physical examination to collect health information. In this case, psychometric technology is a reasonable choice. This paper discusses the role of psychometric technology in health management, and introduces the experimental work of psychometric workers in this field, hoping to be helpful to China's health management.

Stroke belongs to the category of "stroke" in traditional Chinese medicine, which is a series of pathological and clinical symptoms caused by sudden changes in cerebral blood vessels. The author collected the hospitalized stroke patients from 2004 to 2009, and 85% of the patients had limb spasm. This group took limb spasm disability as the research object. Interventional stroke rehabilitation with massage and acupuncture points on yang meridians^[1]It has good curative effect on reducing severe disabilities and improving patients' ability and quality of life.

Glaucoma is the second most blinding eye disease in the world after cataract, and it is the first of irreversible blindness. It is estimated that the number of glaucoma patients worldwide will reach 79.6 million by 2020^[1,2]。 Suspicious glaucoma is highly suspected of having glaucoma. Clinically, it only refers to those with suspicious symptoms and signs of glaucoma or family history, and glaucoma cannot be diagnosed yet. In this study, some health examination people in Southern Hospital were screened, and "early warning" was put forward for those with suspicious glaucoma.

At present, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in adults is increasing in China, especially in the economically developed northern populations such as Beijing^[1], MS has become a public health problem, but its effective control remains challenged^[2]。 This paper selects the employed and retired people of an enterprise in Beijing, analyzes the age and sex distribution characteristics of MS, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for effectively controlling MS.

Huaxin Town, located in the northeast of Qingpu District, Shanghai, is an important industrial town in the district, with a large number of migrant labor force and children of migrant population. There are 8 private schools for children of migrant population in the town. From June to August 2009, Huaxin Community Health Service Center focused on the survey of Huayi and Yuhong, two schools with the largest number of students, and two public schools, Huaxin Primary School and Fengxi Primary School. The data obtained from the survey were comparatively analyzed and the following reports were obtained.

Adolescents are experiencing rapid changes in all aspects of their body and mind, and have good plasticity. It is the best period to form a healthy lifestyle. If their behaviors are not correctly guided, it is easy to form a dangerous and healthy lifestyle, which will affect their physical and mental health, and even increase their adult risk of chronic diseases. In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of health-related lifestyle of junior high school students in Xuzhou city, and provide scientific basis for formulating targeted healthy lifestyle guidance scheme and implementing health promotion for junior high school students. The center conducted a questionnaire survey to junior high school students in Xuzhou city from April to May 2008.

Both osteoporosis and arteriosclerosis tend to increase with age, which are common and frequently occurring diseases in the elderly. Recently, it has been found that osteoporosis is often accompanied by atherosclerosis and vascular calcification, and the occurrence of the latter will bring greater harm to the life of the elderly, but some clinical conclusions have been drawn. This paper discusses the correlation between arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly men, and tries to find new ideas for preventing and treating osteoporosis in the elderly, so as to improve the health level and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly men.

The prevalence of oral diseases is high, which is one of the main health problems. In order to understand the oral health situation of employees of financial institutions in Beijing and master the basic situation, characteristics and regularities of oral diseases in the study population, we conducted an epidemiological survey of oral health among employees aged 21~60 in a financial institution in 2009. The survey results of oral health status are reported as follows.

The concept of civil servant originated from the earliest implementation of civil service system in the world in Britain, in the United States it is also called government employee. In our country, national civil servants refer to all the staff members who exercise state administrative power and perform state official duties (except workers) in the central and local state administrative organs according to law. They are divided into four categories: administrative law enforcement, professional technology, judicial and comprehensive management. Regarding the importance of civil servants, some scholars once made a vivid metaphor: ordinary people are like people in cars, while civil servants are like drivers. They have to know technology, know the road, judge the direction and lead people in a car well. Therefore, the responsibility of civil servants is very heavy, and its influence is social. Civil servants not only need to have the ability to complete their work, but also need to have a healthy physique and good psychological quality. Healthy body and psychology is the material basis for their smooth work, and it is also the guarantee of improving work efficiency, prolonging working years and healthy and long life. The purpose of this paper is to describe the status quo of civil servants' health literacy, physiology and psychology, summarize and analyze the status quo and research situation of civil servants' health, find out the shortcomings and problems existing in the existing research, look forward to the future research of civil servants' health literacy and physical and mental health, and put forward effective health promotion and education suggestions, so as to help us better understand the health status of civil servants, strengthen the construction of civil servants, improve the overall health literacy of civil servants in China, and improve the level of physical and mental health.

With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the continuous enrichment of people's material life, people pay more and more attention to whether people's spiritual world is harmonious with the outside world. The author summarizes all the cases consulted by the national famous telephone hotline "Youth Hotline" in the past 16 years, and analyzes the sources of pressure of social groups in depth, and finds that people's psychological problems often come from these aspects^[1]: The first category, the most common, is emotional and intimate stress, which includes problems in relationships, marriages, and intimate relationships such as cohabitation. As a psychological guest, in the past two years, when I was a guest of Beijing People's Broadcasting Station to host a heart-to-heart program, I found that this problem is the most stressful among listeners, but such problems are often difficult to detect as personal privacy, and most people choose to seal their emotional problems in the deepest part of their hearts. The second category, the problems in the family, including financial constraints, intergenerational conflicts, children's education and other problems mainly involving parent-child relationship. We often say that marriage and family are the foundation of personal success, and this point of view is sufficient to illustrate the importance of family stress. The third category, sexual problems, includes sex-related confusion, sexual orientation, sexual psychology, problems brought about by various sexual behaviors. The fourth category, mental illness, including various psychological disorders, mental illness, Internet addiction, etc. The fifth category, stress and psychological crisis, includes stress reactions caused by major life events, suicide and attempted murder. The sixth category, self-development problems, including self-identity problems and the search for the meaning and purpose of life. The seventh category, workplace problems, including career development and planning, difficulties in job search, adaptation to workplace environment, workplace interpersonal relationships, workload, etc. The eighth category is campus problems, including academic problems such as test anxiety and learning methods, but also includes non-academic problems such as teacher-student relationship, classmate relationship, school violence and financial difficulties.

The progress of human society is accompanied by the development of science and technology, and the emergence of Internet has brought human beings into the digital era, expanding the second living space of human beings-network society. In the network, it emphasizes the "self" as the center, the publicity of individuality and equal communication, avoiding the friction and harm of face-to-face communication, and satisfying people's pursuit of convenience and comfort. While the Internet brings benefits to people, it also inevitably produces some negative effects, especially for the teenagers whose outlook on life and values are not yet mature. Internet addiction has become a problem that cannot be ignored in today's society. In recent years, the research on Internet addiction is increasing day by day. This paper reviews the research progress of definition, diagnosis, causes and treatment of Internet addiction.

osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative bone and joint disease. The biochemical metabolism of articular cartilage is abnormal, and it degenerates and disappears progressively. The reactive changes of the joint edge and subchondral bone matrix lead to changes in cartilage tissue, proliferation of joint capsule fibers, and finally lead to joint pain, dysfunction, and even loss of function. In the motherland, traditional medicine belongs to the category of "bone paralysis" and "paralysis syndrome".

Service competition, improving customer satisfaction and cultivating loyal customers have become the main theme of the current and future competition in the medical examination market. Only by focusing on customers can the medical examination center increase its competitiveness in the current market environment and realize the long-term development strategy of the medical examination center^[1,2]。 Satisfaction is a kind of psychological feeling and a complicated concept. It can be measured from three aspects: (1) the satisfaction of the physical examiner with the overall service of the physical examination center; (2) the satisfaction of physical examiners to receive the examination directly; (3) Whether the physical examiner is willing to recommend the physical examination center to others. The goal of customer satisfaction research is to find out the differences in customer satisfaction, retain valuable customers, enhance customer loyalty, increase profits, and make the physical examination center enter a virtuous circle^[3,4]。

Informatization construction is the development direction of community health service, especially for the establishment of electronic health records, dynamic management, chronic disease management and other hot and difficult issues, how to improve its standardization, informatization and intelligence degree still have many blank spots. This system is independently developed and applied by community health service institutions, which conforms to the reality of community health work. In the prevention and treatment of diabetes, which is a common disease in the community, a scientific and efficient software tool has been developed, which greatly improves the work efficiency and the quality of community health service. It has made useful explorations on the development road of informatization and intelligence. The specific practices are introduced as follows.

The level of informatization construction is an important symbol of modern management level and comprehensive strength of medical institutions^[1]It is an effective measure to meet the challenges of reform and an important way for medical institutions to realize scientific management and improve the quality of medical services.

Health management refers to the whole process of comprehensive detection, analysis, evaluation, health consultation and guidance, and intervention on health risk factors of individuals or groups^[1]。 The double burden of aging and chronic diseases and environmental degradation have led to the increasing demand for medical and health care. The traditional disease-centered diagnosis and treatment model cannot cope with new challenges. Therefore, the management model centered on individual and group health has gradually penetrated into the rehabilitation and protection work. Since 2007, our hospital has changed the function of convalescence, carried out special disease convalescence, and implemented health management, and achieved obvious results. This is discussed as follows:

The new medical reform proposes: it is necessary to change the community health service mode, insist on active service and door-to-door service, and gradually assume the responsibility of "gatekeeper" of residents' health. In order to meet the health needs of ordinary people, Jiangshan Community Health Service Center has taken the lead in reengineering the process of community health management, changing the service mode and building modern community health services in 2007.
