Ma Ning's "Sanjiao, Sanbu and Xingzang Si" published in the 9th issue of Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in May 2016^[1]In one article, when arguing that "the triple burner comes from the upper mouth of the stomach", the view of Yan Jianmin's "Exploring the Four Principles of the Anatomical Essence of the Triple Burner and Seeking Consensus" was quoted: "The upper mouth of the stomach should refer to the cardia, that is, the esophagus extending about 1.5cm from the bottom of the stomach"^[2]。 However, Marvin did not pay attention to the "four principles of anatomy and essence of the three burners" emphasized by Yan Wen, and his understanding of "three burners", "three parts" and "four forms and hidden" has many points to be negotiated. The author briefly explains the simple opinions, which is generous.

The first permanent health and epidemic Prevention institution in modern China-Manchurian Plague Prevention Service (hereinafter referred to as "Epidemic Prevention Office") was formally established on October 1, 1912. "Dunhuang Turpan Medical Literature New Collection" (hereinafter referred to as "New Collection")^[1], is the latest masterpiece edited by Professor Shen Shunong of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The book has 1.2 million words and more than 400 color pictures, which can be called the latest achievement of heavyweight medical literature research in Dunhuang and Turpan. From more than 20 years ago, the author of this book emerged in the analysis of difficult characters in TCM literature, and now he has become a master of TCM literature collation and research. The author has constantly communicated and discussed with him, and asked him for advice on the identification of ancient characters. For more than 20 years, the author of this book has been devoted to the research of Dunhuang medical literature. After obtaining its new edition, I browsed it immediately, which in many respects refreshed the author.
