At present, medicine has become one of the most active fields of scientific and technological innovation in the world. As the "two wheels" of scientific and technological development, scientific and technological management and scientific research complement each other. How to make medical science and technology innovation better adapt to the needs of economy, society and human health, reduce various potential risks, and promote science and technology for good; How to develop a scientific and technological innovation system, scientific and technological resource allocation and scientific and technological evaluation mechanism suitable for the law of medical development, stimulate more original innovation, and build a scientific and technological power; How to further improve the micro-management policies such as clinical research, ethical review, scientific research integrity and achievement transformation have become the important contents of medical scientific research management at present and in the future.

The popularity of ChatGPT has led to the emergence of various large models. In the field of industry, the large model of general medical health artificial intelligence is particularly interesting. This model can not only flexibly analyze different combinations of medical modalities, including medical imaging, electronic health records, clinical examination results, genomics, charts and medical literature data, but also produce expressive multi-morphological output, including the writing and interpretation of standard texts, verbal suggestions or image annotations that demonstrate advanced logical reasoning ability. Such large models can be applied to different fields such as clinical decision-making, disease prevention, biomedical research, drug development, management and planning of medical systems, etc.

The superposition of the wave of silver hair and the wave of digitalization and intelligence has promoted the intelligent innovation of China's aged care services and reshaped the new ecology of aged care services. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the implementation of the national strategy of actively responding to the aging population and promoting the realization of basic old-age services for all elderly people. The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Aging Undertakings and Pension Service System proposes to vigorously develop the silver-haired economy, promote the technological and intelligent upgrading of elderly services, and promote the application of smart and healthy elderly care products. Continuously promoting the development of smart and healthy aged care industry and expanding the application of information technology in the field of aged care are important supports for promoting the construction of basic aged care service system and the high-quality development of aged care services, and are also a feasible way to alleviate the pressure of social aged care and improve the quality and efficiency of aged care services.

First of all, from the attitude, we should welcome and accept the upgrading of artificial intelligence technology and its application in the medical field. Looking back at my personal learning experience, from chemistry to biochemistry, to cell biology, and now to big data sequencing, I have been crossing disciplines, and this learning experience has also made me more curious about the development of new things and their impact on existing scientific research. I am very surprised by the development of artificial intelligence, and I look forward to how it will drive the development and progress of medical research.
