Robin sequence, also known as Pierre Robin syndrome (PRS), is clinically manifested as small jaw, tongue fall and respiratory obstruction[1], with or without cleft palate[2,3]; In severe cases, it can cause breathing and feeding difficulties, threatening the life safety of patients. For patients with ineffective conservative treatment, bilateral distraction osteogenesis of the mandible can effectively solve the difficulty of breathing and feeding. Mandibular distraction osteogenesis is a relatively mature technique, but many patients with PRS are young and have high surgical risk. The surgical risk of young children is closely related to the surgical time. Computer-aided design can make the surgery more accurate and rapid, reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications and improve the success rate. Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University treated a 3-month-old PRS patient with digital assisted design surgery, and achieved good results. The report is as follows.
