The diagnosis and treatment design of deformities are inseparable from the analysis of dental and jaw models, and the establishment of digital three-dimensional dental and jaw model system lays the premise and foundation of invisible correction without brackets. Bracketless invisible orthodontic technology first appeared in the United States in the 1990s. Today, various bracketless invisible orthodontic products have been more and more used in orthodontic clinic at home and abroad, showing the technical development ability and market promotion potential of this new digital orthodontic orthodontic technology. Looking at all kinds of new orthodontic techniques that have appeared in recent years, bracketless invisible orthodontic techniques have attracted widespread attention in the industry and have been developing rapidly. We can see that more and more orthodontists are gradually applying this technology, more and more orthodontic patients are also consulting and experiencing this technology, and more and more academic conferences are holding special seminars on this technology, etc., presenting a very hot and hot scene. However, the hotter the new technology, the more seriously and soberly we should understand and analyze the new situations and changes in the rapid development of this technology, which is indeed happy and worried.
Toothpaste is an oral health care product that can be used to help cleansing teeth and improve oral hygiene. Currently use of toothpaste has been transferred from the conventional objective of oral hygiene to the new era of prevention and intervention of oral diseases. Therefore, functional toothpaste has been developed in a fast way. It is imperative to investigate toothpaste, because the wise use of specific functional toothpaste could prevent or reduce oral diseases such as dental caries and periodontal diseases, improve people's oral and general health and save social healthcare resources. However, dental professionals have various understandings on the efficacy and differentiations of functional toothpastes. For example, there are different explanations for the efficacy of functional toothpastes, which may exaggerate, depreciate or deny their clinical efficacy. To ensure the highest level of the patient's safety and professional satisfaction for both toothpaste products and related informatics, and also to make the dentists be acquainted with the updated research findings, developments and standards, it is necessary to review systematically the efficacy of functional toothpaste.
At present, the clinical indications of bracketless invisible correction have been gradually broadened, and it has begun to be used in complex subtractive correction[
As a rapidly developing emerging orthodontic technology, bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment is favored by patients and orthodontists for its advantages of removability, aesthetics, comfort, convenience and highly predictability. However, due to the limitation of material properties, this technique has its special scope of application, and it is not comparable to the traditional fixed orthotic technique in terms of orthotic efficacy[
