The core goal of clinical nutrition management is to improve clinical outcomes through sound nutritional support to the benefit of patients. However, not all patients had an indication for nutritional support. Patients at nutritional risk can improve outcomes with reasonable nutritional support. Through nutritional risk screening (NRS), screening out those patients with nutritional risks (that is, with nutritional support indications) is the basis and premise of rational nutritional management.
Traditional nutritional epidemiology studies focus on the effects of one or several single foods or nutrients on health and disease. The daily diet is a mixed diet containing multiple foods, and it is difficult to distinguish which dietary component is at play, and it is difficult to rule out interactions between the components. The effects of food on health and disease are the result of a combination of dietary factors. Therefore, it is more scientific and reasonable to study the effects of dietary patterns on health and disease.

thermal texture mapping (TTM) is to collect the metabolic heat generated by human tissue cells in the process of metabolism, and after computer reconstruction and special software processing, according to the intensity of metabolic heat, the digital metabolic heat distribution image of human body is obtained. Through the intensity, shape, shape, boundary of metabolic heat and the relationship with surrounding tissues, the functional metabolic state of tissue cells can be judged. At the same time, some diseases have specific metabolic heat distribution images at different stages, which has certain diagnostic value for diseases[
Since the discovery of the anti-rickets effects of Vitamin D (VD) in 1920, it has long been thought that VD is only related to calcium and bone metabolism.
