After food enters the digestive tract, it should be digested into amino acid, glycerol and monosaccharide levels, and then completely converted into energy for human use. However, some foods, because of the lack of corresponding enzymes, cannot be digested and absorbed by the human body, are regarded as foreign bodies, causing the human immune system to produce an excessive protective response to these foreign bodies, producing food-specific IgG antibodies[
The understanding of life and health in traditional Chinese medicine is based on its unique thinking mode. The development of modern system science provides ideas and reference for the study of health status. Therefore, based on the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and drawing lessons from the modern system science state theory, we put forward the concept of "health state", and defined its connotation from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyzed its constituent elements. This is the basic work and theoretical source of constructing health theory with TCM characteristics and carrying out TCM health status identification. On this basis, forming a TCM health status identification method system suitable for Chinese people has important application value for grasping the health status of Chinese people, and has important practical significance for implementing the strategy of "population and health".

Under the background of the new policy of "Medical and Health System Reform Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "Plan") officially issued by the state, the key to the development of hospitals is to practice their own "internal strength" and strengthen the connotation construction. Hospital connotation construction means that in hospital construction, we no longer pay attention to the extension development of scale and quantity, but pay attention to the connotation development of quality, management and level improvement. In order to carry out the connotation construction of hospitals, we should closely connect with the objective situation of the current new medical reform plan, actively adapt to the requirements of market economy, aim at building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, rely on strengthening professional ethics education, improve medical quality as the carrier, develop hospitals with science and technology as the strategy, and cultivate talents as the core. By strengthening medical management, tapping technical potential, optimizing department structure and improving personnel quality, we should go out a quality-efficiency development road with high quality, low consumption and high efficiency.

Cancer will become the leading cause of disease and death worldwide. Recently, a study evaluated the pattern of cancer change according to different groups of human development index (HDI) (low, medium, high, and very high). In 2008, breast, lung, colorectal and prostate cancers accounted for nearly half of all cancer cases in regions with the highest HDI; In areas with moderate HDI, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer are also prevalent. These seven cancers account for 62% of all cancer cases in areas with moderate and high HDI. Cervical cancer is more common than breast and liver cancer in areas with low HDI. Among the 184 countries surveyed by the institute, prostate, lung and liver cancers were the most common in men, while cervical and breast cancers were the most common in women. In countries with moderate to high HDI, the decrease in the incidence of cervical and gastric cancer is offset by the increase in the incidence of breast, prostate and colorectal cancer. According to the trends in the incidence of various cancers among different genders calculated by the study, the annual number of new cancer cases worldwide will increase from 12.7 million in 2008 to 22 million by 2030. In addition, the study also shows that with the rapid development of socioeconomy, the number of cancers related to infection gradually decreases, but the number of cancers related to risk factors such as reproduction, diet and hormones gradually increases. Measures such as primary prevention, targeted interventions, and vaccination can all help reduce the projected increased cancer burden (Lancet Oncol, 2012, 13:790-801).
The University of Oxford, UK, conducted a study of the relationship between BMI, gender, and cardiovascular disease risk parameters in school-aged children in developed countries. The researchers collected relevant literatures included in Embase, PubMed, EBSCOHost, Web of Science, etc. between January 2000 and December 2011, and performed meta-analysis on them. It included data on obesity status and associated health risks in 49,220 adolescents and children aged 5 to 15 years from 63 articles. The results showed that the systolic blood pressure was 4.54 mmHg (99%) higher in super-recombination compared to normal weight childrenCI2.44 ~6.64;n=12.169, 8 studies), systolic blood pressure was 7.49 mm Hg higher in the obese group (99%CI3.36~11.62;n=8074, 15 studies); In the obese group, blood lipids were also increased, and serum total cholesterol and triacylglycerol were increased respectively 0.15 mmol/L (0.04-0.25 mmol/L,n=5072) and 0.26 mmol/L (0.13-0.39 mmol/L,n=5138)。 Fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index were significantly increased and left ventricular weight increased in obese children compared with normal weight children 19.12 g (12.66-25.59 g,n=223)。 Therefore, obesity has become a significant threat to the health of adolescents and children (BMJ, 2012, 345: e4759).
