In recent years, the rate of re-selection and referral to others in medical abortion (mifepristone combined with misoprostol) is significantly higher than in surgical abortion[
Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic skeletal disease characterized by bone mass reduction, bone density reduction, bone fragility and increased fracture risk caused by changes in bone tissue microstructure. Osteopenia is often accompanied by changes in biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Type Ⅰ collagen C-telopeptide (β-CTx) is the most widely used biochemical metabolic marker of collagen degradation at present, and its level reflects the bone resorption activity of osteoclasts. It is an effective biochemical marker of metabolic bone disease characterized by significant enhancement of osteoclast activity[

With the increase of global environmental risk and health risk factors and the continuous increase of public health emergencies in China, the emergence of public health problems and the epidemic situation of chronic diseases have caused serious damage to public health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) study: 1/3 of human diseases can be avoided through preventive care; One-third of diseases can be effectively controlled by early detection; Another one-third of diseases can improve the treatment effect through communication of information. In the 21st century, medicine with disease as the research object has developed into human health as the research object. Medicine will also enter the era of prediction, prevention, personalized treatment and health management. People' s health concepts and public demand for medical and health information are changing, and the society needs to provide relevant academic platforms to disseminate health knowledge. In the network age, its interactive mode and characteristics have given birth to a large number of new media and information expression forms. In the practical research of health information service by relevant institutions and scholars in China, as of September 5, 2009, 835 related papers were searched in the literature collected by China Academic Journal Network with the theme of "health information service", and it was found that there is a general lack of research on the concept and practice of health information service for the public in China. To study and solve these problems, this paper holds that, first of all, the government should guide from the policy formulation, so that the practice development of health information service in China has a good network platform and running environment, perfect the public health information service system, form a platform to support self-health management and public health information service, fully meet the public health information needs, solve the conflict between health resources and needs, and save medical resources. This plays an important role in improving public health information literacy, health level and quality of life.
Clinical work focuses on diagnosis and treatment, but what is at the core of health management? That is the management of health risk factors. Specifically, it is the identification, evaluation and intervention of risk factors. Regarding the concept of health risk factors, from the perspective of population health and epidemiology, all factors that can increase the risk of morbidity and death in the population can be regarded as risk factors, and they are also the concept of etiology at the epidemiological level. Therefore, risk factors, like etiology, conform to the law of causal inference in probability theory, that is, risk factors must occur before the disease, and the increase of morbidity probability in the population caused by risk factors is not interfered by other factors (mixed factors).
With the transformation of biomedical model to bio-psychological-social medical model, the research on the risk factors of cardiovascular disease has been extended to include behavioral characteristics, emotional states, life events and personality characteristics in recent years. In clinical work, we should not only pay attention to the diagnosis of physical diseases, but also pay attention to the investigation, evaluation and intervention of related psychosocial factors of cardiovascular patients. The treatment of patients is not only limited to physiological drug treatment, but also pay attention to their psychological problems. It is of great significance to give comprehensive psychological training as soon as possible.
