Health examination information evaluation and follow-up management service is a hot and difficult problem faced by academic theoretical research and discipline and talent team construction of health examination and health management in recent years, and it is also one of the most difficult "bottleneck problems" encountered by most physical examination and health service institutions in the process of upgrading or transitioning to health management in China. Therefore, the Health Management Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Journal of Health Management hosted a special seminar in Beijing from April 12 to 13, 2008. Nearly 100 representatives of physical examination and health management institutions from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country attended the meeting. 21 experts focused on special topics, highlighted hot spots, discussed difficulties, sought common ground while reserving differences, and finally reached a preliminary principle consensus on the purpose and principles, modes and procedures, methods and steps of physical examination information assessment and follow-up management services, health risk assessment and prediction models, health fitness evaluation standards and the application of health management information technology, that is, physical examination information assessment must be scientific, and physical examination follow-up management services must be standardized. To this end, the Health Management Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Journal of Health Management agreed to publish the main contents of this seminar in this issue for the benefit of readers.

The basic goal of health management is to comprehensively manage the health problems of physical, psychological and social adaptation in the whole process of human life. For people's bodies, from birth to death, what needs to be managed is to promote people's healthy growth and maturity, maintain health and vitality, delay aging, and strive for disease-free old age; In view of people's psychology, from birth to death, what needs to be managed is to promote people's mental healthy development, sustainable development and lifelong development; In view of the interaction between people and environment, from birth to death, what needs to be managed is the change of role, task and social function that promotes individual adaptation to different ages and environment.
At present, many physical examination institutions in China are carried out when the human body is static, and some early abnormalities of organ function cannot be reflected in ordinary static physical examination. Some potential abnormalities can be detected early by carrying out some examination items during exercise, which is a very necessary means for early detection and early prevention of certain diseases. The purpose of this paper is to explain the important value of dynamic physical examination in health risk assessment and health management.
In the conceptual description of modern health by the World Health Organization, in addition to the biological content (physiology and psychology), it is emphasized that the ability of life activities and participation in social life are important contents of health (physiology-psychology-social mode). Attention to health, whether personal or public health, requires comprehensive consideration in the light of the World Health Organization's philosophy on modern health. With the development of modern medicine, the progress of social civilization and the transformation of medical mode, the health condition of university teachers, who represent the development direction of social science and technology, is not optimistic because of the heavy teaching and scientific research tasks. In order to understand the health status of this special group, we conducted physical examination of teachers in some ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province, and the results are reported as follows.

More than 20 candidate senior teachers and more than 100 representatives recommended by health examination centers and health management institutions all over the country attended the meeting.
The leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the expert group in the field of 863 biological and medical technology are very concerned about the popularization and application of the results of 863 scientific research projects from the national level. It is planned that in the future work, through various channels, the heads of hospital scientific research departments, clinical departments and laboratory departments will discuss disease scientific research and clinical practical application, put forward practical requirements combined with the characteristics of clinical work, carry out the whole process tracking from project establishment to popularization and practical application, actively promote and develop translational medicine, promote the clinical application of omics research, and actively carry out disease prediction, prevention and individualized treatment by using cutting-edge high-tech medical scientific and technological achievements.
In order to better promote the health service of migrant workers, under the organization and coordination of the district construction management office, the medical staff of Ledu Hospital (Songjiang District Preventive Health Examination Center) in Songjiang District, Shanghai conducted preventive health examinations for nearly 20,000 construction employees in the whole district, and about 25. 00% of the total people were found to have various diseases. Now, the relatively complete physical examination data of more than 10,000 physical examiners are analyzed.
