Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) is a disease in which coronary atherosclerosis leads to coronary artery stenosis, insufficient blood supply, myocardial ischemia and necrosis, and then changes the organic function of the heart. coronary revascularization is an effective method for the treatment of coronary heart disease, including percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR). The degree of coronary artery disease and individual clinical characteristics of patients are often the main factors in selecting revascularization strategies. In recent years, with the progress and development of internal and surgical treatment technology for coronary artery disease, the choice of revascularization treatment strategies and methods for complex coronary artery disease has once again triggered the discussion of cardiac surgeons and surgeons. At the same time, the concept that the cardiac team composed of cardiac surgeons and surgeons jointly execute clinical decisions, so that patients can obtain the best treatment plan has gradually taken shape. The establishment of a cardiac team has promoted the rapid development of coronary hybrid revascularization and achieved good clinical results. At present, there are no guidelines and expert consensus on coronary hybrid revascularization abroad. Since the publication of the Expert Consensus on Coronary Hybrid Revascularization in China (2017 Edition), more and more heart centers have carried out hybrid revascularization surgery. With the accumulation of experience of surgeons and/or heart teams and the development of a number of clinical trials, the expert consensus on coronary hybrid revascularization with Chinese characteristics has gradually formed. Based on this, this consensus compiling expert group combined with nearly ten years of evidence-based medical evidence and domestic and foreign clinical practice experience, in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Coronary Heart Disease Revascularization in Cardiac Medicine and Surgery"^[1]Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in China (2016)^[2]Expert Consensus on Secondary Prevention of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting in China (2020 Edition)^[3]Expert consensus on perioperative antiplatelet therapy for coronary artery bypass grafting^[4]Chinese Expert Consensus on Coronary Heart Disease Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention^[5]2018EACTS Revascularization Guidelines^[6]and ACC/AHA/SCAI Guidelines for Coronary Artery Revascularization 2021^[7]On the basis of relevant guidelines and consensus, the 2017 edition was updated, and this consensus was compiled to provide reference and basis for the future promotion and standardization of hybrid revascularization in coronary heart disease.
