transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) has been successfully applied since 2002[1]In recent years, it has become an important method for the treatment of severe aortic valve disease worldwide due to its characteristics of non-cardiac surgery routine thoracotomy, no need for cardiopulmonary bypass and cardiac arrest, and meeting the real minimally invasive needs of medical diagnosis and treatment. There are hundreds of thousands of clinical applications of TAVI technology worldwide. In 2012, it was officially included in the treatment guidelines for aortic valve disease in Europe and America, and the recommendation level and evidence level are increasing year by year[2]。 The number of applications of TAVI technology in medical centers in some developed countries such as Germany and the United States has exceeded the number of routine cardiac surgery. The clinical application of TAVI technology in China has also developed rapidly since the stent valve with independent intellectual property rights in China entered the market in 2017. More than 100 hospitals across the country have reached a scale of about 2,000 cases per year.
