In the winter of 1910, a large-scale plague broke out in northeastern China, which quickly spread to Jilin①, Shenyang, and spread to Tianjin and Beijing. During the months of the epidemic, more than 60,000 people died of illness. In order to summarize the experience and lessons of epidemic prevention, the Qing government prepared to hold an international plague conference, with doctors from 11 countries attending the conference. The conference lasted for 6 days, and a total of 24 plenary meetings were held. Each meeting had a comprehensive and detailed discussion on the plague, and decided to take measures to prevent the plague from outbreaking again. One of the important measures is to build five epidemic prevention and isolation hospitals[1]Among them, the author of Binjiang Hospital has discussed[2], the remaining 4 hospitals are discussed here.
