Jiang Guan is a doctor in Ming Dynasty, and his "Famous Doctors" is one of the famous works of Chinese medicine. Now, according to the literature, I wrote the chronology of Jiang Guan to show his life track.

"Ginseng Guben Pill" is recorded in many prescription books in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and Ye Tianshi, a doctor in Qing Dynasty, especially liked to use it.

Buddhism originated in India, since the Han Dynasty was introduced into China, after the development of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, to the early Tang Dynasty reached its peak. In the process of spreading Buddhism in China, it merged with the ideology and culture of China at that time, and formed a theoretical system of localized Buddhism in China, which was different from Indian Buddhism.

In May 2016, Academician Zhang Boli, president of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, served as editor-in-chief, researcher Zhu Jianping, deputy director of the Institute of Chinese Medical History Literature, Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, served as editor-in-chief, and Wang Guoqiang, director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, wrote a foreword, "A Century of History of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (Volume 1 and 2), which was published and distributed by Shanghai Science and Technology Press.^[1]。 It fills the gap in the study of China's general history, and is of great significance to the research of China's science and technology history, political system history, economic history, cultural history, social history, folklore history and Sino-foreign exchange history.

To operate a country, it is important to strengthen the means of ruling, but more importantly to increase the number of people who are the main body of social productivity. In order to draft and collect taxes, the rulers attached importance to household registration surveys in order to formulate correct population policies. The household registration survey of the Joseon Dynasty did not leave an accurate record, but the approximate population at that time can be calculated through the Records of the Joseon Dynasty. Japanese scholar Hiroshi Sifang studied the household registration of Joseon Dynasty from the perspective of modern demography; Professor Wu Qishou of Gimpo University in South Korea studied and mapped the population shift table in the Joseon era. Through their research results, it can be seen that the Joseon Dynasty had a very small population in the early days of its founding. The factors affecting population size are many and complex, among which the socio-political and economic factors affecting birth and mortality rates and natural disasters are the most important. The significant population shortage in the early Joseon Dynasty was not only related to the incompetence of the Goryeo Dynasty, but also related to the frequency of infectious diseases and many wars in the Goryeo period.
