Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases, and it is also the most important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and stroke. There are 4 related papers in this issue of "Hypertension Management". Zhang Man et al. wrote an article to explore the medication compliance of hypertensive patients in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province and its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for improving the medication compliance of hypertensive patients and subsequent community grass-roots service policies. Compared with the normal blood pressure population, the risk of stroke increased by 56%, the risk of coronary heart disease increased by 44%, and the risk of total vascular disease increased by 52% in the hypertensive population. There are low awareness rate, low treatment rate and low control rate in the prevention and treatment of hypertension in China. Zhang Yanyan et al. analyzed the effect of comprehensive management of hypertension in Zhengzhou, which provided a reference for the exploration of hypertension management methods. Lu Jing et al. took the evaluation of the effect of intensive hypertension intervention in the elderly in the community as the topic, and gave systematic intensive hypertension health education on the basis of routine management of hypertension in the community, established an efficient quality control system, and evaluated the effect of systematic intensive health education in 633 elderly hypertensive patients who participated in the survey in the community through a randomized controlled study. Wang Chenchen and others mainly discussed the relationship between self-management status and quality of life of hypertensive patients, so as to provide a scientific basis for comprehensively promoting self-management technology of hypertensive patients in the community and improving patients' quality of life.

mental retardation (MR) refers to "during development, the general intellectual function is significantly lower than the same age level, accompanied by adaptive behavior defects". It is a disease of abnormal brain function during development caused by many reasons^[1]It not only seriously endangers children's physical and mental health, but also brings a heavy burden to families and society^[2,3]。 Parenting stress refers to the stress experiences caused by parental traits, parent-child interaction disorders and children's behaviors in the process of parental role and parent-child interaction^[4]。 The level of parents' parenting pressure is not only directly related to the degree of parent-child relationship, the level of parents' psychological health and the normal exertion of family function, but also closely related to children's physical health, individual behavior differences and even problem behaviors. It is very important to understand and evaluate parents' parenting pressure in time for the healthy growth of children^[5]。 Studies have shown that after MR diagnosis, it is easy to cause a series of psychological problems for parents and affect their quality of life^[6]However, at present, the research on the psychological problems of parents of children with MR mostly focuses on the emotional states such as depression and anxiety, and seldom involves the actual parenting pressure and influencing factors. This study attempts to use the parenting stress scale to investigate the present situation of parenting pressure of parents of children with MR, and explore and analyze the related factors, aiming at reducing the parenting pressure of parents of children with MR and improving their quality of life.

rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disease involving multiple joints and organs, with high disability rate and many complications, among which osteoporosis is a high associated rate^[1]。 At present, most scholars focus on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis on bones and bone mass. In this process, some scholars gradually realize the stake of co-complementary symbiosis between muscle and bone, and the term "sarcopenia" gradually attracts the attention of scholars. In recent years, foreign studies have shown that the incidence of sarcopenia and osteoporosis in RA patients is higher^[1]。 Studies have shown that sarcopenia and osteoporosis are independent risk factors^[2]。 We selected 40 female RA patients to observe the occurrence of sarcopenia, further detected the related metabolic and inflammatory activity indexes in blood, and scored by 28 joint activity scores (DAS28), and then analyzed the possible risk factors of RA associated with sarcopenia, hoping to provide a new way for preventing osteoporosis and improving the prognosis of disease.

Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease in the elderly. Hypertensive patients of the same age may tolerate and benefit from blood pressure reduction due to different mental state, physical fitness, cognitive function, nutritional status, concomitant diseases and different degrees of physical weakness. Managing blood pressure according to functional age, not calendar age, can help improve the overall health of older adults. We shared the experience of blood pressure management in an elderly and frail elderly person, and summarized the impact of frailty syndrome on the prognosis, antihypertensive goals and treatment options of hypertension by reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad.

With the gradual deepening of medical and health system reform, it has become an inevitable trend to promote performance management in public hospital business departments. How to explore employee incentive mechanism is particularly important^[1]。 For health management (physical examination) institutions under public hospitals, the internal management of departments involves basic physical examination business, post-examination follow-up service, health examination information service, teaching and scientific research, etc. The work is trivial and complicated, and it is difficult to quantify in assessment. At the same time, the following phenomena still exist in the actual management work: the projects that originally promoted the development of departments encountered invisible barriers in the implementation process, and the relevant departments did not help and cooperate with each other, but shirked each other and worked for themselves. This is a performance management bottleneck commonly faced by health management (physical examination) business departments in public hospitals. The main reason is the lack of human resources evaluation mechanism in the current industry, and some still have the problem of "doing more and less, doing well and doing bad", which affects the enthusiasm of employees; Some adopt key performance indicator (KPI) as the core of performance appraisal. Although it has certain stimulating and promoting effect, it often gives birth to "individualism" and neglects to achieve the overall goal of the department. There is a lack of team cooperation among employees, which increases internal friction between organizations^[2]。

In recent years, the number of health examination institutions and the number of people conducting health examinations have increased significantly. The health examination industry must be self-disciplined and orderly in order to achieve sustainable development. The renewal and improvement of systems and norms is a sign of institutional progress. To establish a standardized and comprehensively developed health examination institution, we need to do a good job in internal self-construction. According to the practical working experience of the Health Management Center of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, we put forward the conception, working ideas, working systems, post responsibilities, working procedures, etc. for the system construction of health examination institutions, in order to promote the standardization construction of health examination industry in China and the development of health management discipline in China.

In 2013, the State Council issued "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Service Industry"^[1]Clear integration of health management and promotion services into development goals. In 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the Development Plan of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Services (2015-2020)^[2]。 In 2016, the Ministry of Education approved five colleges and universities across the country for the first time to enroll undergraduate majors in "health service and management", and Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of them.
