In recent years, cerebrovascular disease has risen to be the first cause of death in China. The high morbidity, mortality and disability of cerebrovascular diseases impose a heavy economic burden on the country and many families. In this review, Wang Wenzhi wrote an article reviewing the epidemic situation of stroke in China, putting forward the main risk factors of stroke that can be changed through intervention, emphasizing the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the prevention and treatment of stroke in the community, and attaching importance to and strengthening the primary prevention of stroke in the community. It is very important, and its significance is far greater than the promotion of new technologies for post-illness treatment.

Cerebrovascular disease is a major disease that seriously threatens the health and life of middle-aged and elderly people. Cerebrovascular disease has risen to the first place among all causes of death in China in recent years^[1]From 1990 to 2013, the number of provinces with the highest number of years of life lost (YLLs) due to stroke deaths in China rose from 16 to 27^[2]。 Therefore, strengthening primary prevention to reduce the incidence of stroke is the basic strategy to reduce the disease burden. In recent years, the prevention and treatment of stroke (acute cerebrovascular disease) in China has been highly valued by the government and relevant departments, and the prevention strategy of "moving the gate forward" has been put forward. However, there is still a big gap in the primary prevention of stroke in China. Understanding the importance of cerebrovascular health, attaching importance to the necessity of stroke prevention, and improving the feasibility of stroke risk assessment and health management will effectively promote the early prevention of stroke. With the popularization of health examination, health management has become an important path to prevent many chronic diseases. As far as stroke is concerned, in the process of developing from healthy people, susceptible groups and high-risk groups to stroke patients, if early prevention can be carried out extensively through health management, it will effectively promote the exposure level of stroke risk factors, the risk of incidence and the decrease of incidence. Therefore, the main purpose of writing the "Expert Consensus on Cerebrovascular Health Management and Early Prevention of Stroke" is to guide health management institutions and related medical and health institutions to carry out early risk assessment of stroke and promote the "movement forward" of stroke prevention.

Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) is a malnutrition risk screening tool jointly developed by Kondrup and other experts in 2003^[1,2], routinely recommended by the European Society for Parenteral Enteral Nutrition (ESPEN), multiple studies have confirmed the effectiveness of NRS2002 as a nutritional risk assessment tool and have been advocated for use^[3,4,5]。 At present, there are few studies on whether NRS2002 is suitable for patients with liver cirrhosis^[6]Moreover, the relationship between NRS2002 and nutritional status and clinical outcomes in patients with liver cirrhosis has been rarely reported. Therefore, this study used NRS2002 to divide patients with liver cirrhosis into nutritional risk groups and non-nutritional risk groups to explore the relationship between nutritional risk and nutritional status and clinical outcome.

Adhere to the purpose of medical and health undertakings serving people's health, and focus on ensuring people's health, and basic public health services cover urban and rural residents^[1]。 Health education is the most effective measure and strategy to achieve the above-mentioned goals, and it is an important content to promote the gradual equalization of basic public health services^[2]While playing an irreplaceable role in improving health literacy, preventing diseases, protecting and promoting health among the population^[3]。 Therefore, in order to understand the current situation of health education human resources in Heilongjiang Province, we conducted a baseline survey on the structure and professional skills of on-the-job health education professionals, which can provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted training programs for the new normal development of national public health undertakings.

metabolic syndrome (MS) is a complex pathological symptom, which seriously endangers human health. The study found that MS patients have a higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke than non-MS patients^[1]。 Cerebral vascular hemodynamic changes are the main changes before and after stroke^[2]It is also the result of long-term and comprehensive effects of multiple risk factors. Cerebrovascular hemodynamics can accurately reflect cerebrovascular diseases and functional abnormalities. This study aims to investigate the effect of MS on cerebral hemodynamics and the relationship with stroke risk factors, so as to provide clinical reference.

Primary medical institutions mainly undertake a series of medical services that conform to the concept of "treating disease before disease", such as disease prevention, pre-disease state intervention, post-disease rehabilitation and chronic disease management^[1]At the same time, it has the characteristics of wide geographical coverage and stable service radiation populations, and has good conditions for implementing Chinese medicine medical services to "treat diseases before diseases". Identification and intervention of TCM constitution is the fundamental method, tool and evaluation system of "treating disease before disease" in TCM^[2]Improving the ability of TCM physical health management of personnel in primary medical institutions will help to speed up the construction process of TCM medical service model of "treating disease before disease" in primary medical institutions. From 2014 to 2016, the project team extensively carried out TCM physical health management training in various primary medical institutions in Zhejiang Province, and sought a training mode suitable for widespread implementation through relevant effect evaluation research.

gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) refers to the abnormality of glucose metabolism that is first detected or occurred during pregnancy, and is one of the most common complications of pregnancy at present. The incidence of GDM is reported in different countries in the world. The incidence rate is 1% ~14%, and the incidence rate in China is 1% ~5%^[1]。 The etiology of GDM is still unclear, but it is influenced by genetic and environmental factors, and its occurrence may be related to pregnancy, obesity, stress and other triggers^[2]。 Insulin increases during pregnancy and changes in insulin resistance can lead to GDM^[3]。 Scholars at home and abroad focus on the characteristics of dietary nutrient intake of pregnant women with GDM, and try to provide effective treatment methods to prevent the occurrence of GDM and improve the adverse pregnancy outcome of GDM from the dietary aspect.

With the substantial improvement of medical technology and health environment, people's life expectancy is generally extended, and the proportion of the elderly population is gradually increasing. Oral diseases such as caries and periodontal disease are closely related to various systemic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Problems such as difficulty in chewing, unclear speech and decline in social ability caused by oral diseases directly affect the physical and mental health of the elderly. Therefore, preventing oral diseases and promoting oral health have a significant impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of the elderly, and are also of great significance for coping with the aging of the population^[1]。 We conducted a sample survey on the self-evaluation of oral health status, daily personal oral health care and medical behavior of oral diseases of the elderly in Haikou, to understand the oral health care behavior and the utilization of oral health care services of the elderly in Haikou, evaluate the oral health needs, provide necessary information and scientific basis for the oral health education of the elderly, and take more targeted oral prevention and intervention measures to better improve the oral health status of the elderly.

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the improvement of information platform and the reengineering of physical examination process have become one of the important means for physical examination centers to enhance their competitiveness and meet the increasing physical examination volume and customer demand. Combined with the optimization of the business process of the physical examination center, on the basis of the 4-level quality management of the physical examination report^[1]Reengineer the physical examination report management process, analyze the defects and shortcomings of the original physical examination report sorting process, put forward improvement directions, cooperate closely with the information department, develop physical examination software functions, standardize the report management workflow, and strictly limit the shortest time and longest time for issuing reports. Through continuous exploration and improvement, we apply it to practical work, improve the timeliness and accuracy of physical examination report, and achieve the purpose of quality control. Standardization and standardization are important indicators in the assessment of physical examination report management. Establishing a scientific physical examination report management system and perfecting the management rules and regulations are the keys of physical examination report management^[2]。
