With the launch of the national "Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Urban Cancer" project, China plans to carry out free screening of six common cancers in 31 provinces in 2017. However, radiotherapy has gradually shown an inestimable advantage in the early treatment of cancer screening.

Electronic field imaging system (EPID) is a simple and practical image guidance tool, which is widely used in positioning verification before radiotherapy. There are many literatures and reports on the application of EPID in radiotherapy positioning verification^[1,2,3]However, the registration range used for the positioning error data and the influence of the registration range on the registration result are rarely reported. In this study, the effects of different image registration ranges on the registration results of EPID-guided intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared, so as to provide a reference for the selection of clinical image registration range.

In precise radiotherapy, therapeutic position and position fixation are an extremely important part of therapeutic planning^[1]。 At present, it is believed that thermoplastic film is superior to vacuum pad and other posture fixation techniques, and its positioning error is small, and it is less affected by respiratory movement^[2]It has become a more commonly used postural fixation technique. The posture assisting device used in this technique, that is, the fixing frame, is divided into sliding buckle type and plug block type according to the locking method. In this study, the repeatability and accuracy of these two fixations in radiotherapy placement were discussed.

At present, cardiac catheterization has been widely carried out in various hospitals because of its advantages of less trauma and remarkable curative effect. It not only brings health to patients, but also brings hidden dangers of occupational exposure to medical staff. According to the Regulations on the Management of Radiation Diagnosis and Treatment, it is very important to give adequate protective measures and standardized occupational protection management for the physical and mental health of radiation workers^[1,2]。 Since 2010, our hospital has gradually introduced digital subtraction angiography (DSA) system based on flat panel detector (FPD) technology to replace the traditional image intensifying television (ⅡTV) DSA system, and strengthened occupational protection management. This study reviewed and analyzed the radiation dose displayed by the DSA system, cytogenetic data from external dose monitoring of interventional surgeons and physical examination from 2010 to 2013. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether upgrading equipment and enhancing occupational protection can reduce the radiation dose received by surgeons, and provide a basis for standardizing cardiac interventional procedures.

⁹⁰Sr is a nuclear fission product with similar chemical properties to calcium, which can replace calcium and stay in the hematopoietic skeletal system for a long time, causing radiation to human body, and is an important signal nuclide in nuclear monitoring^[1,2]。⁹⁰Sr analysis is typically performed by separation and measurement with⁹⁰Sr in radioactive equilibrium⁹⁰The radioactivity of Y is calculated. The methods are divided into rapid method and placement method, and the traditional separation methods are mostly placement methods, such as smoking nitric acid method, cation exchange method and liquid-liquid extraction method. Although the placement method is better than the rapid method in decontamination, the disadvantage is that the analysis cycle should be at least 15 days. Analysis of oxalate precipitation-bis (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (HDEHP) by rapid extraction chromatography⁹⁰Sr^[3]It is one of the most widely used rapid analysis methods at present, but due to the existence of some environmental samples²¹⁰Bi, interfering with the detection^[4,5]So that the detection result of the method is high^[6]。 In this study, the rapid chromatographic separation of HDEHP⁹⁰The process of Sr has been improved^[7,8], and the original method literature [3] compared to, in the sample pretreatment, the decreased²¹⁰Bi interference on detection can realize the interference in food and biological samples⁹⁰Rapid and efficient analysis of Sr.

low-garde glioma (LGG) refers to gliomas with pathological grade I or II by the World Health Organization (WHO), accounting for approximately 15% of all primary brain tumors. Grade I gliomas tend to be benign and can be cured by complete surgical resection. They usually occur in children, unlike grade II to IV gliomas (usually in adults). The age group with the highest incidence of grade II glioma is 35 to 44 years old, and it is more common in men, with a median survival time of about 5 to 10 years. Cumulative survival rates at 5, 10, 15, and 20 years were 59.9%, 42.6%, 31.9%, and 26.0%, respectively^[1,2]。 Although low-grade gliomas grow slowly, they have a high recurrence rate. Eventually 79% will convert to high-grade glioma, and early treatment and intervention are currently advocated. Early extended resection and postoperative radiotherapy remain the main treatment^[3]。 Low-grade glioma patients have long survival time, and if cognitive dysfunction occurs, it will have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients^[4]。 Whether radiotherapy causes cognitive dysfunction in patients with low-grade glioma remains controversial. The effects of radiotherapy on cognitive function in patients with low-grade glioma are reviewed.
