Hemodialysis (HD) with cuffed central venous indwelling catheter (TCC) inhibition and cardiovascular adhesion is a rare serious complication, which has been reported in China to be removed by thoracotomy, which is more traumatic. We used ultra-high pressure balloon dilatation to extract a case of Kanton's catheter, which is presently reported below.
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was initially reported to cause apoptosis and causing cachexia in tumor cells. Now studies have found that it is a widely biologically active mediator, involved in the process of cell proliferation to cell death and cell differentiation, and causes inflammatory response, regulates immune function. TNF exerts its biological effects through contact with two cell surface receptors, tumor necrosis factor receptors 1 and 2 (TNFR1 and TNFR2). After binding to TNF, these two receptors cause cellular signal output through a series of signal transduction pathways, which on the one hand cause tissue damage, and on the other hand can elicit a protective and favorable immune response. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have found that TNF and its receptors are involved in the occurrence and development of many kinds of diseases, but their role in kidney diseases is still unclear. This paper discusses the latest understanding of TNF receptor (TNFR) expression and signaling pathway and its pathogenesis of crescent nephritis.
renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) involves many pathophysiological mechanisms such as renal intrinsic cell injury, exogenous inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial cell proliferation, and dysregulation of extracellular matrix production/degradation. In recent years, more and more studies have found that abnormally infiltrating renal interstitial mast cells (MC) are closely related to tissue in situ complement C3, and they interact and participate in RIF.
