On July 25-27, 2019, sponsored by the Eastern Cancer Radiotherapy Collaborative Group (EROG), the Radiotherapy Professional Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association and the Radiotherapy Professional Committee of Zhejiang Medical Association hosted the 8th Eastern Cancer Radiotherapy Collaborative Group (EROG) meeting and the "2019 Annual Meeting of the Cancer Radiotherapy Special Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association and the Cancer Radiotherapy Special Committee of Zhejiang Medical Association" were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The meeting was chaired by Professor Bai Yongrui of Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, Professor Fu Xiaolong of Shanghai Chest Hospital, Professor Ma Shenglin, Chairman of Radiotherapy Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association, and Professor Zhu Yuan, Chairman of Radiotherapy Committee of Zhejiang Medical Association, delivered speeches successively.

On August 9-11, 2019, the 11th Shanghai International Conference on Radiation Oncology (SICRO) was successfully held in Shanghai, China. This conference was sponsored by Fudan University Affiliated Cancer Hospital, Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association Radiotherapy Professional Committee, Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association Nasopharyngeal Cancer Professional Committee, Shanghai Radiotherapy Quality Control Center, Fudan University Nasopharyngeal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Center, undertaken by China Anti-Cancer Association Tumor Supportive Treatment Professional Committee, and co-organized by China Cancer Journal, China Anti-Cancer Association Tumor Radiotherapy Professional Committee, China Research Hospital Association Radiation Oncology Special Committee, and China Anti-Cancer Association Nasopharyngeal Cancer Professional Committee.

On November 1-3, 2019, the 3rd Tianfu Cancer International Forum, co-sponsored by Sichuan Anti-Cancer Association and Sichuan Western Radiotherapy Association, and co-sponsored by Cancer Hospital/Sichuan Cancer Hospital of Medical School of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Sichuan Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center, was grandly held at Century City International Conference Center in Chengdu, Sichuan. This forum gathered more than 300 well-known speakers from Europe, America, Japan and all over the country, with more than 2,550 registered participants. During the three-day conference, there was one main venue and 23 sub-venues, and a total of 32 academic conferences were held. The theme of this forum is "Collaborative Innovation, Shared Health", covering tumor surgery, tumor radiotherapy, medical oncology and other disciplines, covering central nervous system tumors, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, head and neck tumors, chest tumors, gynecological tumors, urinary system tumors, gastrointestinal tumors and other cancer types, aiming at tumor diagnosis, tumor radiotherapy, tumor immunity, tumor nursing, clinical genetics and other major topics.

All things are brilliant in the spring. The 14th Pan-Pearl River Regional Radiation Oncology Academic Conference, co-sponsored by Pan-Pearl River Regional Radiation Oncology Collaborative Group, Xiamen Medical Association, Cancer Radiotherapy Professional Committee of China Anti-Cancer Association, Fujian Anti-Cancer Association, Cancer Radiotherapy Branch of Fujian Medical Association and Fujian Cancer Hospital, and co-organized by the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, was successfully held in Xiamen, Fujian Province on April 18-20, 2019.

The 14th Academic Conference on Radiation Oncology in Western China was held in Xi'an on August 1-4, 2019. This conference is sponsored by Western Radiotherapy Association and Sichuan Western Radiotherapy Association; Hosted by Xijing Hospital of Air Force Medical University; Co-organized by Radiotherapy Professional Committee of Shaanxi Anti-Cancer Association, Radiotherapy Professional Committee of Shaanxi Health Care Association, Cancer Hospital affiliated to University of Electronic Science and Technology of China/Sichuan Cancer Hospital, Sichuan Anti-Cancer Association and Sichuan Key Laboratory of Radiation Oncology. Professor LANG Jinyi is the Chairman of the Conference and Professor SHI Mei is the Executive Chairman. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Shi Mei. President Li Xiaokang of Xijing Hospital, Professor Wang Lvhua, current chairman of Radiation Oncology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Professor Yu Jinming, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Deputy Secretary Chen Jun of the Joint Party Committee of Sichuan Association for Science and Technology delivered warm speeches at the opening. In his speech, Professor Lang Jinyi emphasized: The Western Radiotherapy Association has made obvious progress since its establishment 14 years ago. To practice the Healthy China line advocated by * with practical actions, we need to bear in mind the people's mission, firmly seize the historical opportunity, and strive to build an influential and well-known academic brand at home and abroad. The conference invited well-known experts from home and abroad to attend the conference and give special reports. Focusing on the theme of "Collaborative Innovation, Challenging the Future", the 3d conference set up a main venue and 15 sub-venues including head and neck, chest, abdomen, gynecology, artificial intelligence, immunity, breast and prostate, clinical multicenter, nutrition, nursing, radiophysics, radiotherapy and imaging. A total of more than 180 experts from home and abroad and nearly 1,000 representatives from various regions attended the meeting. Professors Yu Zihao and Xu Guozhen, the veterans of radiotherapy, were invited to attend the meeting.
