For precise radiotherapy based on CT images, it is necessary to define the range of clinical target area according to anatomical landmarks. At present, there is no recommended range of lymphatic drainage area in supraclavicular lymph node area of esophageal cancer like head and neck tumors[1]And the position of the upper limb affects the position of the cervical lymph nodes[2]。 The author analyzed the natural metastasis of lower cervical lymph nodes in 386 cases of thoracic esophageal cancer, so as to explore the metastasis law of supraclavicular lymph nodes, find the high-risk areas of supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, and provide a basis for defining the clinical target area of supraclavicular radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.
