Introduction Wei Wenbin, MD, vice president of Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, deputy director and director of ophthalmology of Beijing Tongren Eye Center, professor of Capital Medical University, doctoral supervisor, director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Intraocular Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Research, and director of the Key Laboratory of Medical Artificial Intelligence Research and Verification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the National Health Commission, winners of the Bethune Medal, and selected into the first batch of national and Beijing New Century "Hundreds and Thousands" Talent Project, and the first batch of leading talents of the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan Project. Standing member of the Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, deputy leader of the Ophthalmology Group, standing member of the Ophthalmologist Branch of Chinese Medical Doctors Association, deputy leader of the Ophthalmology Group, chairman of the Ophthalmology Committee of Chinese Medical Education Association, standing member of the Ophthalmology Committee of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, and chairman-designate of the Ophthalmology Branch of Beijing Medical Association. He is currently the deputy editor-in-chief and editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology and Chinese Journal of Fundus Diseases. He has been engaged in ophthalmology clinical work for 35 years, and is good at clinical diagnosis and treatment of fundus diseases, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal detachment and intraocular tumors, and has accumulated rich experience, completing more than 20,000 cases of complex vitreoretinal surgery.
The patient was a 23-year-old female. She went to the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Hospital of Jilin University because of the decrease of visual acuity in both eyes for 6 days after delivery. At 39 weeks of gestation, blood pressure increased up to 160/100 mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa), depressed edema of both lower limbs (+ +), and urinary protein (+ + +). Eye examination: corrected visual acuity was 0.8 for the right eye and 0.4 for the left eye; IOP normal; There was no obvious abnormality in the anterior segment of both eyes; Multiple Elschnig spots in the fundus of both eyes (

He has made pioneering work in the applied basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment innovation of ophthalmic keratopathy and cataract, and won 2 second prizes of national science and technology progress awards, 2 highest science and technology awards in Shandong Province and 5 first prizes of science and technology progress awards.
