The patient was a 72-year-old male. Because of blurred vision in his left eye for 7 years and swelling and pain for more than 2 months, he went to the Department of Ophthalmology, Daping Hospital, Army Medical University. Previous history of hyperlipidemia; I lost my left eye 6 years ago. Stenosis of the left carotid artery and plaque formation were found in the local hospital. Diagnosis: left eye ocular ischemia syndrome. Eye examination: the visual acuity was 0.6 in the right eye and no light sensation in the left eye; IOP was 13 mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) in the right eye and 47 mmHg in the left eye; The lens of the right eye was slightly opaque, and no abnormalities were found in the fundus; See anterior segment of left eyeQuintessence Picture 1She could not see clearly.
