Sufficient soft and hard tissue in the missing tooth area is the key to achieve good function and aesthetic effect of implant restoration. However, after the missing maxillary anterior teeth, there is often labial cortical bone resorption, which in turn causes the narrowing of the labiopalatine width of the alveolar ridge and the collapse of soft tissue, which makes the implant treatment of maxillary anterior teeth more difficult and makes the implant of upper anterior teeth more aesthetic risk. connect tissue graft (CTG) and guided bone regeneration (GBR) are commonly used soft and hard tissue increment methods respectively. A case of right upper central incisor implant treatment with simultaneous application of GBR and CTG obtained good functional and aesthetic results, to explore the related problems of implant restoration after severe soft and hard tissue defects in maxillary anterior teeth area.
Oral squamous cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in the head and neck, accounting for more than 90% of the malignant tumors in the maxillofacial region[
Dental implant restoration is the closest restoration method to human natural dentition at present. The firm osseointegration of the intraosseous implant with the alveolar bone provides the support, retention, and stability needed for denture restoration[
