Microwave ablation (MWA) is now widely used to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or metastatic liver tumors. However, similar to radiofrequency ablation (RFA), when the tumor lesion diameter is>3 cm, MWA is prone to residual tumor cells, which leads to local tumor recurrence, and it is difficult to achieve complete and complete ablation[
Hepatic lymphangioma is an extremely rare benign tumor. The author analyzed the clinical, imaging and pathological data of 3 patients with hepatic lymphangioma confirmed by pathology, and reviewed the relevant literature. The report is as follows, aiming at improving the understanding of the imaging manifestations of this disease.
Central scar is a relatively rare imaging sign in liver mass lesions, but it has important differential diagnostic value for benign tumor focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH)[
The child was a 3-month-old male who had a full-term cesarean section. On June 10, 2016, he was admitted to our hospital with cough, phlegm in the throat and feeding difficulty for 1 week. hypophosphatasia (HPP) was diagnosed by genetic testing in other hospitals. After admission, pulmonary CT was performed with plain radiographs of limbs and brain CT to evaluate the disease.
Congenital chondrodystrophy, also known as chondrodysplasia punctata (CDP) or spotted cartilage dysplasia, is clinically rare, with a prevalence of about 1:10 000 live infants[
Vascular abnormalities are accompanied by the occurrence and development of many diseases, and are likely to cause a series of more dangerous pathophysiological changes. With the increasing improvement of imaging equipment and image processing technology, 3D angiography can observe the morphological changes of blood vessels without destruction in vivo, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the late 1990s, it was reported that micro-CT (micro-CT) was used for 3D imaging of small animal blood vessels[
