Intracranial syphilis gum is a rare late neurological manifestation involving the central nervous system after infection with Treponema pallidum, and it is mostly diagnosed with intracranial space occupation. Because of the lack of understanding of its imaging manifestations, it often leads to preoperative misdiagnosis.
